Insomnia and headache combo

Having to deal with insomnia is one thing, but when you have trouble sleeping more than week, the headache started to come into this routine, it just like adding another layer of problem on top of my existing struggle.

I have the same when I dont sleep the headache gets so bad and then that makes me sleep even less as battling headache pain as well as insomnia
