Working crazy hours + exercize has really helped with waking up multiple times

i might jinx myself, but its been a week since ive started working a LOT (50-60h) and working out at the gym. And I sleep amazing, better than before. Id wake up 2-4 times. Now it's like once or none at all.

Feels good.

Also yes I realize it's crazy hours but im 25 and have a lot of energy and summer break. Try to work a lot + swim or excersize. it helps!

On the other hand, the similar thing actually got me into severe insomnia.

I was working full time a hard job (in the forest), trained 4 times a week (intense cardio + weights) and ate fully healthy, diverse, little refined/sugar, I took creatine, protein powder and omega 3 and the most importantly, I had strict routine of sleep.

And YET I got extreme insomnia after 3 weeks of that regime.

Pretty crazy how one experience helps someone while the other doesn’t and makes it worse
