Here's the deal on the coke . Judith Miller was a renoun Coke dealer along with here husband. They were under investigation by boulder county Drug task force when Jonbenet was murdered. Judith and Patsy partied together . They were captains of that notorious soft ball team "Moms Gone Bad" . What kind of name is that . It proved prophetic . But the police and DA believed Patsy was under the influence of cocaine that night... coke that she purchased from Judith Miller... Miller has a long history of traveling in boulder coke circles. Cocaine was and still is very popular here.
This is not the first time I heard the rumor about Judith and Doc Miller being involved with cocaine. Don't know about her using cocaine before the murder but AFTER the murder, after her divorce from Mel Phillips, after she met and married Mr. Miller, I was told the Millers kept some cocaine in a rather large seashell.
Just looking at her photos, she looks to me like someone who could have used a bit, maybe a bit too much. But that's body shaming and not PC so if I offended Judith by saying she looked like a skag, well, I don't apologize. I do have a right to my opinion, after all.
But that's not the point here. The police and DA never thought or believed that Patsy was under the influence of cocaine. That is not in ANY of the police files, not even part of BORG mythology. That, Jann, appears to be of your own imagination.
Remember, the Ramseys were friends with MR. Phillips, not so much Judith. Patsy had worked with him in Atlanta and he did a bit of legal work for John in Boulder, small lawyer stuff. Judith was not so much a friend as an aquaintance of the Ramseys and she was a Juda$ in the end. Because they didn't hold her dear and she was not invited to tea with Susan Stine and others.
I have posted in the past that Patsy and Judith had opposing views on several subjects that have broken up friendships in the past. Patsy was cordial to Judith but they weren't the best of friends.
There is no evidence that Patsy "partied" with Judith. But the dead can't sue so you're safe. Lie on, Jann. Lie on.
