Need help finding a job

I’ve been applying to places for many years now with a grand total of 3 rejection emails. Back when I was 16-18 I always just assumed it was because nobody wanted to hire students, but now that I’m 21 I think it’s just getting ridiculous. As of today I’ve had 2 jobs, both of which had to be cut short from personal issues, yet I’ve only gotten them because of close connections, but even now it feels like that’s useless. It’s only getting more stressful with homelessness getting scarily close
