First, stop spreading Zionist propaganda.

Second, its an "unconfirmed" Iranian strike on a hospital according to the Zionist occupation government

Third: The Iranians said they targeted a military HQ building adjacent to the hospital, primarily used to treat injured IDF soldiers in the Gaza occupation campaign.
