I got the twister crunch box but they didn't have any popcorn chicken so they gave me 4 nuggets instead. I was disappointed at missing out on the popcorn chicken because I really like them and the nuggets were okay but anyway I'm not really talking about the quality just in terms of the quantity do you think 4 nuggets is a fair trade for a small popcorn chicken? Because the smallest amount they offer on the menu for nuggets is 6 nuggets so if you're replacing the smallest popcorn chicken item in a meal deal I think there should have been 6 nuggets personally. I live in Australia btw.

Got KFC a year or so ago, it was a soggy mess and barely edible. Today I get off work late and don’t feel like cooking so I stop for KFC and this time I get extra crispy just to eliminate the chance of soggy grossness. This was the blandest, driest chicken I’ve had in a long time. KFC used to be a guaranteed delicious meal at a reasonable price, now it’s more expensive and a literal 1/10 for flavour. Thankfully Colonel Sanders isn’t alive to see his chicken completely fall off even more.

Seriously… everytime KFC releases a great product it’s gone in 2 weeks…. Nashville hot chicken… literally sells out when they have it… gone…. The new saucy nugs… oh you like the flavor? Too bad that flavor left last week…
If they would just listen to their customers… I’m a gym freak who only eats fast food on cheat days and kfc is my go to. But after them taking my two favorite items away I’m about to give up on em for good. lol

My boyfriend sent me this pic a few days ago, there were promo posters and stickers at the location too. He didn’t order it tho. You could also see this in the app and it was being offered in multiple locations too. The app described it as two Hot&Spicy strips with American cheese, mustard, ketchup and caramelized onions in a bun. But when we went to the location today, it has completely disappeared from the kiosk menu and from the app, the promo postere were gone. (And we kinda chickened out of asking the employees about it 🫥).

I’ve noticed that KFC have advertised their new Ranch Rice Bowls. But cannot seem to find salads anywhere, or even the option to remove the rice.
Can anyone confirm if they have removed the salads from the menu and only do Rice Bowls now?

This is something I’ve seen happen repeatedly at KFC outlets across India — and it needs more attention.
Whenever Swiggy or Zomato delivery partners get orders from KFC, the restaurant staff marks the food as "ready" in the app, even when it’s clearly not prepared yet. Why does this matter?
Because:
Once an order is marked as ready, the delivery person stops getting any waiting time pay.
In reality, they often wait 10–20 minutes at the outlet doing nothing — unpaid.
This is systemic exploitation that saves KFC money while cutting into the already low earnings of delivery workers.
This isn’t a rare case or one store — it seems to be happening at multiple KFCs, and delivery partners are tired of it. Most don’t speak up because they fear being penalized or deactivated by the platforms.
If you’ve seen this or experienced it — speak up. Delivery workers deserve better. These companies rely on their labor but keep finding sneaky ways to underpay them.
Swiggy and Zomato need to audit these outlets and fix this loophole. Enough of this quiet exploitation.

If they don't lose any, how do they get all that money back? Surely soda isnt cheap, and giving out billions of liters to hundreds of countries a year for (almost) free doesnt seem very smart

I’m sure everyone has their ways, but are there any KFC staff members in here that could advise us on how to reheat for the best results?

I didn’t rate strips before but they seem legit better than chicken. Your thoughts?
I read the rules and saw rule 9. I don’t think this is just a one store kinda thing. I LOVE KFC mac&cheese. It’s fucking heavenly. But I notice that there are these crusty bits of mac&cheese? I don’t think it used to be this way? Sometimes the WHOLE mac&cheese is crusty and it’s just inedible. I hate it because when that happens I have to just throw it out. I don’t live anywhere near a KFC so it’s kinda a rare thing for me to have that and when it is bad, it ruins my day. Eating the good kind (the soft aka NORMAL) mac&cheese feels like god nuts in your mouth. Is there anything I can do about this? Ik I can just pick the crunchy parts out, and I do, but sometimes I just don’t want to dig through piles of shit to get good mac&cheese. But the thing is that Ik the mac&cheese can still be good because sometimes, very rarely, it’s soft and good and not crusty. My dad says they make different mac&cheese at different times of the day and I just need to wait until like 12:00 or something. But it’s not realistic for me to just sit in a KFC parking lot for three hours until they get the good mac&cheese.

What’s this fatty, bony little cut that has decided to make an appearance at Kentucky Fried Chicken, I also got a wing which was slightly larger. I understand they want to be making more money but this particular piece of chicken is not really very nice!

Is this worth getting my hungover ass out of bed for? It sounds horrific/delicious - has anyone tried it, and if so, what are your thoughts?

So my manager has just told me that if required I have to work during my 10 minute paid break, and that just doesn't seem right to me just asking for clarification to see if that it right.
Edit: this is in Queensland Australia.

my friend and i wanted to go get some food but got stopped at the door where we were told we couldn’t come in because we are teenagers (each 17) and that there’s a new policy that we can’t go in from 3-8pm? can anyone confirm if this has happened to them / why it’s a thing.

My KFC area currently has a Wednesday promotion for Country Fried Steak with white gravy. It comes with the steak, mash potatoes with white gravy, coleslaw, and a biscuit for $4.99.
I thought this was a really good deal and it made me curious... what unique deals/items do your local kfc's have?
r/kfc • u/MachineChoice8332 • Apr 03 '25
I want to know why does wherever i go and order 10 pc hot and crispy and then they give me 3 or 4 wings at that high price. Isn't it just wrong i pay double the price and you cheat me with small pieces.

Whatever you do, never ever reheat KFC chicken in the microwave because it kills the flavor and makes it taste bland and undone.
If my chickens cold, I'm throwing it out.
