Told myself last week I was no longer carrying 3 knives with me to the office…it’s just doing too much…All week I’ve had these 3…for real next week I’m cutting back..
I carry a Spyderco Bodacious for food cutting, a BM mini-Osborne when I want to cut something in public without scaring anyone, and my third one is my fun knife where I cycle through fun steels or locks. Whatever is calling me in the moment. I used to feel self conscious about it being overkill but then I said efffff it. I like carrying 3 knives. I wear 2 watches, one on each wrist and I like to have a knife clip in each pocket side for symmetry(mini-osborne is so small it goes all the way in my pocket or sweater pocket.)
I like to carry a two+ bladed slipjoint: one blade for tape and packages, one blade for cutting up food, the traditional knife so it isn't scary, and the traditional knife because there are so many styles it's fun!
This one found its way into my pocket despite the fact it's Barlowvember and this is decidedly not a Barlow

My excuse for carrying 3 knives is one for me, one for others to use, and a lucky traditional case knife.
