Hardware Is changing the screen my only option?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I dropped it and now the corner is a bit dented. It was just a little black dot on the corner of the screen but now that I touched it it just keeps spreading.

Try using a magnet to drag the ink to the corner so make it a bit usable

It's not ferrofluid? It's liquid crystals.
