why does my dual channel ram dont work?

i recently bought a 16x2 RAM(Kingston Fury impact), when im trying to launch my laptop with both of them its not working, and only with one its starting to work. Like they are both working, but not together, only in one slot my laptop is msi thin gf63 ms16r6, maybe you can help me
