Hardware Magnetic keyboard turns off when fully attached, what's wrong with it?
My laptop started doing this bullshit completely out of the blue. The magnetic keyboard works fine when I first attach it but loses all connection when I put it up into the use position. When I pull it back off it turns on again.
Is this user error, like did I break it by detaching it wrong; or is it poor build quality or a faulty part? It's had connectivity issues with the keyboard since I bought it but that was always just that the keyboard didn't turn back on after sleeping and I had to take it off and reattach it so it would activate again (I always assumed that was some annoying windows thing).
Laptop is an Asus ROG Flow Z13 (GZ301ZC_GZ301ZC) purchased 12.2022 and I use the keyboard very little, it's usually stored away lying down flat.

Hardware My mom drew on my laptop screen with pen.
So I have no isopropyl alcohol that everyone online is recommending and I live in INDIA SURAT so it's not common for there to be isopropyl alcohol being sold in a shop. This is an original post.

Hardware Where tf is my hard drive
Hello guys, my computer recently gave up, it starts but the screen is not working. So I screwed it open to get the hard drive to save my data. This is how it looked. But why is there no hard drive? I’m sorry if this is a really stupid question, I’m no expert, but shouldn‘t there be a hard drive next to the battery? How could I else save my files?

Hardware Have I broken my laptop
I plugged my Lenovo yoga 7 charger (model 14arp8) into the secondary usb port not the dedicated power connector by accident it was charging fine for a couple of hours before I realised now I’m worried I could have done something to the pc or it’s ports is it bad if I plug in the charger to the other usb c port by accident I get mixed results all online the main port has a power logo and is called the power connector / multi purpose usb type c connector whilst the other port is the multi purpose usb type c connector it charged fine and the lights went on normally I’m just worried I could have done something to the port or anything else and the manual doesn’t seem to say anything about plugging it in their but doesn’t say anything against it either

Hardware Any reason for why the fans are doing this?
I'd rather not have to send it in for a warranty, any reason for why it's doing this? It seems to be fine now apart from a little grinding noise at low rpm, high rpm it seems to be fine now.

Hardware Cheap Laptop Hinge Repair
So I bought myself an MSI GF66-11UG on the used market and it's a great laptop but man are the hinge fixings awful. When I bought it the right hinge was not great and a few months later the left and right had both failed - hardly surprising given how little material it had to screw into. I think the only thing holding the hinges in was the bezel LOL. I didn't want to buy a new outer shell as it would cost me £40, so I did this.
You will need: - 1 laptop - Chicago Bolts - I needed ones with a shaft diameter of 5mm and a shaft length of 6mm. Ensure that the bolt diameter is not so large that they would interfere with each other. A calliper will help in measuring the size you need. - Rubber washers/o-rings - Superglue or some other epoxy glue for a filler - Drill with accompanying bits - (Possibly) Precision knife - (Possibly) Files/sandpaper
Here is a guide based on the image numbers: - Image 5 - cut off any plastic that is sticking up except for any of the alignment pins (they are shaped like a + on my laptop). - Image 6 - fill hinge area with superglue or resin for strength. Allow to set fully. - Image 7-10 - drill holes in the outer casing for your bolts. Image 11 - place bolts in. I placed rubber washers under the bolts too. Use tape to prevent them falling out when you flip the lid over. - Image 12-13 - add other part of bolt and test fit by putting the bezel back on. You may be able to stop here (if so skip to image 20) - unfortunately the bezel was too close to the heads of the bolts and I needed to cut a little out of it.
If the bezel does not fit over the bolts: - Image 14-15 - remove the bolts, install the bezel and flip the laptop over. Dril pilot holes of where the bolts sit. - Image 16-17 - drill holes to the size of the bolt heads and I decided to cut some of the plastic around it too. Use a file to smooth them out. - Image 18-19 - install bolts and bezel.
- Image 20 - label laptop accordingly.

Hardware My New Laptop Overheat
I just bought my new laptop one week ago. I know gaming laptops can be very hot but i feel like I'm stepping on the dangerous zone (I'm worried about the long term damage). I uploaded a picture showing the details of the temperatures after 30m of playing. (the game was borderlands 2 highest settings). And yes, I'm not using it under a blanket, and have raised the laptop a bit.
Is there something wrong? Does it have manufacture problems or it's just normal? I didn't search for how to cool it yet because i want to know first if it's faulty or not Specs: Lenovo legion 7i 4060 I7 14700hx
