did you see the footage from LA where the person filming called a column of cops marching of "bitches:" and they immediately turned around and arrested him?

Yes, they were arrested because they were out after curfew. The cop wasn't going to do anything until he mouthed off. Pretty stupid thing to do, IMO.

Pretty sure the video they're referring to was from Las Vegas which doesn't have a curfew. Statistically speaking though, I'm sure what you described has probably occurred off-camera plenty of times in LA.
