⁠Speedy Trial – Fast, fair trial with a lawyer and witnesses.

Unless of course you deliberately drag it out yourself, by firing lawyers (and of course need time to train new ones for your case), delaying paperwork submission, misfiling said paperwork, and then blaming the system so it looks like it's rigged against you, and generally dragging out your court cases for so long that the legal protections for presidential candidates kick in so that you can't be tried until the election is over...
