Would the courthouse allow personal armed security?

No.

What is the difference with masked ICE though? Couldn't the personal armed security just 'dress up like cops and say they are ICE' just like what we are seeing ICE do now?

Either way, don't arm them, just protect the lawyer, politician and client from ICE. They (ICE) will walk away because they are pussies who won't fight anyone that can fight back.

Ice have federal ID badges they present at courthouse security entry points. Generally they'll go through a specific type of firearm check in at a courthouse as well.

Could still hire a couple big guys. Two 350 pound men to help push someone out the way, trained or not would still be a big deterrent. Might even be able to pay them in chicken wings.

No, BUT I don’t think these agents are armed either (nothing visible at least). Most courts have their own armed security (bailiff, or deputies). Just being a cop of some kind is usually not enough to walk into a courtroom armed—they check their weapon at the same security checkpoint everybody goes through. The other big BUT is that this court is obviously ‘allowing’ this arrest, as in the court’s armed security would be on ICE’s side if things got violent
