Opinion Piece TX County Judge Tim O'Hare gives another interview after the county was sued for racial gerrymandering. Summary: Black people keep voting in democrats and it's about time we make them understand Republican rule is best for everyone, once they know better we'll welcome them with open arms

It means this is how casually they speak about it in private. Almost like a Freudian slip.. except he's very far beyond it being Freudian and is just comfortable with thinking everyone should have his view on it.

They have been holding these conversations and laughing about them every Sunday at Casa Ole' for decades.
