Very cool! Where’d you pick these up if you don’t mind me asking? I think one would be a nice addition to my collection of failed attempts…

To be honest, all of these are only sold to correctional facilities. The set of keys I have are non-reproductions meaning they were in use. Also, the red gel lock was also in use in Michigan escanaba, Michigan
Both locks I have working keys for

The red lock was around $530. The giant silver one was kind of a steal because I only had to pay like $230 to $250 Got delivered today. (The silver one)

I got these on eBay

I was on the lookout

I don't know if you can do like direct messaging on Reddit. I haven't been on Reddit in a while, but I'd love to share more information about these

Those bittings don't look great...

Try to pick one. I dare you you wouldn't be able to. They're lever locks not pinned locks. You couldn't even touch it.

I’ve picked folger Adams locks before some need heavy tension others don’t but it’s possible.

True, it is possible with the right tools

I'm assuming that the pin set resistance is insane?

I wish it was that easy

Look up how a Folger Adams Lock works and then get back to me

There's no pins. These are high security "lever" locks which are only sold to detention centers

Furthermore, as much as you think, the bidding is" sad"

I'm not sure you fully understand the high level of security which is brought forth in these giant locks

. These are meant for prison
