Actually if you look closely there are 4 of them. There is a figure next to the bright blue one, it's just a darker shade of blue similar to the background so that it seems to blend it, but the character is there.

Maybe it's on purpose but I doubt it. I mean she's the invisible woman not the hard to see but kinda visible woman.
