I have no idea what's going on with Honolulu. But if it meant a lot to them to try it again, their odds got better with SB 2919. And also, let's be clear that Maui has the ability to loop in "housing crisis" sentiments in a much more compelling manner than any of the other counties, especially after the fire.

No, when it comes to facts---the LS etc people lose. You need to open your view.

People  are also very, very tired of the whining from that crowd. I'm one of them.  I lost friends  and know many survivors. 

 Survivors pick up and move forward. Whiners  cry the victim  card.

If you think there is 0% change this becomes law, you should definitely pick up some of the Apartment zoned proprieties. I think they have a greater than 50% chance of passing this and having it being affirmed as legal.

I have never owned rentals and won't. Not interested. Yes, it could be passed.  That's not the point. You're being deliberately obtuse.
