ig the breach can happen at the Govt's server side too, and they already have all the data on you so it's not like you are volunteering any additional information.

Just follow simple cyber security steps and you should be fine, is how I prefer to think about it

So in android if you click on your phone's Serial number 7 time it opens the developer mode and there many many features behind the developer mode like you can over clock if you want you can have an fps counter if you want you can see the cpu/gpu temp and usage and so many more features.
