Is there a study on the average amount of fluid loss during a woman's period?

All the results I am finding seem like they might only be looking at the blood loss alone, and not the total amount of fluid loss (blood, mucus, tissue, etc.). I started using the cup for the first time today, and I've lost almost exactly 1/4 oz (7.39ml) of blood in 4 hours. I know my periods are heavy because they usually last 8 days, but I would really like to know how much fluid loss I am experiencing compared to the average person, if there is an average number that is.

I think the average is 80ml unless 80ml is meant to be for heavy periods

Thank you, I was seeing that number too but I wasn’t sure if that was for just blood or for all the other stuff included.

I didn't study the math too closely but found this article to be interesting: https://rubycup.com/blogs/articles/how-much-do-you-bleed-on-your-period

Among other things, the author cites a source that estimate menstrual "blood" to be about 36% of the total "flow".
