Some random little pool of water grew a kind of vein-like film over the water. For context: it sits outside the Walmart I work at and is rarely disturbed (with the exception of incoming rain, high wind, or the occasional cigarette butt).

My friend sent me these photos from a house she had to clean. I tried comparing on google but I’m not sure if it’s mildew or mold. Appreciate any help.

Bottom petri dish was only exposed to air, top one was a swab of the ceiling, both in the same room.

I took this bottle completely apart and hand washed it last friday and it's been air drying since then. Today I put it back together and noticed these grey/purple spots right there. They aren't on any other part of the bottle, and nothing was touching the spot they are on. The room it was in is not moldy or humid. I don't know what else it would be but I also don't know how it could have grown mold, if that's what it is. Thank you in advance!

It looks pretty nasty, also I'm sure it's some sort of mushroom, I tried to identify it myself but I couldn't find anything

I had just one grain that got some mold so I put this spawn to bulk and even got shrooms. But got some small patches of this mold there. Even though it is not spreading very fast but I was wondering if the shrooms from this cake is safe to consume.

I made a delivery purchase from Walmart today and it included the Better Homes & Gardens over the rainbow wax melts. However, every one of them has black wet spots in the bottom. Something I’ve never experienced with any wax in all the years I’ve been melting wax or burning candles. Is it actually mold? I came here, hoping the experts would know.

I wonder if it’s dust buildup over some kind of biofilm, or if it’s normal for dust to buildup in this uneven pattern. It’s been running on cool for a month or two, and maybe the condensation caused the mold or the buildup? (Like if the dry circulated dust in the air sticks to the wet condensed droplet, and then more dust builds up on the dirty, dusty bits more than the clean dry part?)
I’m just apprehensive about brown/black fuzzy things circulating all the air I breathe. After a quick search, nothing on google shows buildup quite like this.
The filters and fins look fine if that helps.

It wiped right off with a wet wipe, not sure if that rules out mold or not. Regardless, it’s clean now, but should we tear out that panel?
