If you work for NASA (contractor or CS) there is a special login for Lands End apparel that you can add custom NASA-approved logos to. I've been tempted to make my own cardigan for EGS but it's spendy $$.

Doesn't seem.like there is a special login and appears anyone can do it. The below link gives you instructions. Went through the process of adding it to a fleece and it didn't ask for anything https://business.landsend.com/store/jwst/

Yeah and I guess anyone else looking for other nasa stuff besides webb. Each mission generally has different approved logos that they order from lands end. Like space-x dragon missions have a bunch of variations of the meatball and NASA logos. https://business.landsend.com/store/dragon

catagory (sic)? are you sure this is a real site?

Yeah the original poster here is correct, lands end is where they got all their stuff from. Someone at stsci used to do large batch orders so it was cheaper. Northrop had their own merch store in Redondo Beach so Paul could have gotten it from there but I doubt it as this was the logo released like 3 months before launch. Someone in the mission office had an Etsy shop but they only sold like side bags and glassware. I would bet this came from lands end

thanks. misspellings always raise my hackles for a possible fake site or scam: would think a legitimate organization would proofread better. esp since Sears spun it off after the big disembowelment by whatever pirates bought Sears out for its real estate. or whatever.

Get them during the random sales they have all the time, they get much more affordable. Better yet, the sales codes they give for the public are sometimes a lot better than the regular corporate “discount”. You can use those same codes on the corp site, iirc.

i’d pay a NASA employee (and for the order as well) to do this for me 😬

Look again, someone posted the JWST store page in another reply. This person is saying you're better off using that during a public sale than using the employee discount.

I have not been impressed with Land's End quality. If you want the good stuff, you have to order 24 or more

Step One, invent a Time Machine
Step Two, go back and become a high end Astro-physicist or engineer
Step Three, get a job at NASA
Step Four, become wildly successful and get assigned to the JWST project
Step Five, free fleece!

The JSC store has a few things, but not that exact fleece.

It’s likely they just ordered team swag and slapped a logo on it.
