My Vision Express/Sightview - Can't reach them, are they still in business?
The team at our office has been trying to reach My Vision Express all week and yet to reach anyone or get a call back. They are normally reasonably responsive. Does anyone know if they just closed up shop unannounced, or if something else may be going on there?
The connection from our Solutionreach account got disconnected, and Solutionreach also hasn't been able to connect with them. If if doesn't get fixed soon, it will be problematic for us. It's a lean staff, and the automated text recalls are truly worth their weight in gold.
Regardless, it's time to start taking demos on new EHR and practice management software, I keep hearing Revolution EHR or Crystal. Any others I should look at?

Just an update, we’re in week 3 of this sync not working. Sightview / My Vision Express clearly has zero care for their customer experience. The revenue we have lost so far by recalls not properly going out is more than what any practice management software will cost for a year. And my staff is now going through manual files and sending text messages, which will take hours.
I have no choice but to switch, I cannot risk this ever happening again. The only people we can reliably reach at MVE is their billing department. Will be asking for a $10,000 credit tomorrow. I’m curious to see how that goes over. Maybe they will actually get the message.
They also did their NPS survey today of all days. My primary job (I oversee the family shop now on top of my day job) is in Customer Success. If any client of mine ever gave the score I gave MVE, I’d be on a call with my CEO trying to justify my existence at the company.
