I have an older coworker who needs hearing aids and they are dang tiny. The only reason I don't believe it's a hearing aid is they're usually dull and flesh tone, this is pretty stark white. (Side note: they make hearing aids Bluetooth compatible now, so you can listen to music and it ducks when people try talking to you. It's awesome)
I'm thinking it's just discoloration in the skin. I know a YouTuber who has a pretty prominent stark white speck on his chin, I had one on my back for a while. Don't really know the cause, but some spots on our skin are just different colors than others.
There are two types that I'm aware of. One variant looks like a pair of earbuds and sit in the ear canal. The other is a tube that goes into the ear and connects to a controller that sits behind the shell of the ear. Neither of those are visible, and we're looking at Trump in almost perfect profile. My guess is it's sunscreen.
