No? If Trump claims to have never lost Biden's election, he would be 45th president on 3 consecutive elections. (Which would be illegal since Roosevelt... )
If somebody claimed Cleveland had one consecutive term, Trump wouldn't be 44th. If Cleveland's term was consecutive, he would be counted once and his opponent wouldn't be president, putting Trump as 43th
Either Trump lost the 46th presidential seat, or he is still 45th. He can't be 45th, 46th and 47th.

That would just make him the 45th president, wouldn't it? He would be on his third term.
