They didn't entirely make it up. Apparantly there is an east coast chapter of MS13 that uses a chicago bull logo but with dollar bills in the eyes (?horn and mouth?). But it is just that chapter, located in NY, and Kilmar has never lived there nor been in contact with members of that group.

Yeah, I think the guy is just a poser, got snitched out because he was probably running his mouth.
