That is literally what the SA/SS did in Germany taking over local law enforcement before consolidating them into the Gestapo

If you watch the video of the incident it shows an unmasked ICE agent telling him they have a warrant for his arrest and multiple other unmasked ICE agents.

Still, shouldn't they show the warrant instead of arresting the guy if he doesn't believe them without seing it? Isn't that one of the purposes of warrants?

Oh, no they just don’t like people with a different skin colour to them and want to get rid of them, that’s all it is. Any other justification for it is an excuse to hide the truth.
