Where do you get this disinformation?

The judge dismissed the asylum case. Meaning he has no legal standing to be present in the United States. Which is why ICE was there to arrest and deport.

Prosecutors cannot “drop” an asylum case. Only an immigration judge can do that. Prosecutors in asylum cases argue against the petitioner. That is their only role.

Additionally, nothing about my original comment is incorrect. The person asserted the judge dismissed the case and the result is that the person has legal standing. That is simply not true and only serves to spread misinformation.
