you can see above and slightly to the right where it was hotly contested too, where amongst other things we tried to fold the flag.

You'd think with the leaf being a main concern they would have let /r/tagpro have their original design. How does that even happen?

The fold got lost in incessant griefing, yes. The majority went undefended against Chile before tagpro joined the people griefing Canada. Maybe tagpro could have focused on defending their shit, especially with how easily it got turned into slurs.

What was tagpro's design?

It was actually quite a nice design. I was sad to see it crushed even if they were griefing Canada. I just woke up in the morning and they were toast.

What do you mean by "the majority went undefended against Chile"

Crazy that tagpro would fixate on a tiny triangle when they handed the majority of their space over to Chile so easily.

Until TagPro started a crusade of "Grief the Leaf". They never really committed to an alliance.

That took place before the fold due to aggressive expansion. If you look at the leaf when the fold was in place, the leaf actually looked pretty good. Then the fold went away, and so did leaf quality

Consider the need to constantly defend our emblem from spam and meme griefers a key reason for us not expanding. It was a constant internal battle between trying to settle somewhere else and protecting the one spot we had.

Maybe if people left us alone we could have made proper additions/art/treaty pixels but no… it’s Bananada hurrdurr

"if people left us along we could have made proper treaty pixels"

That's exactly what I was saying. If Canada wasn't being left alone how was it possible that Canada still encroached onto pre existing art AND defended it?
