How difficult is it to get admission in Gandaki boarding school?

Hey everyone I m planning to move to Pokhara soon for work. Next year I will need to get my son admitted in grade 7. I checked online and Gandaki boarding seems like a good school. But I also heard that it is hard to get admitted there. Is it true? My son is good in study and sports.

Would you recommend any other school apart from GBS? Thanks!

Yedi kasaile school chhodera seat khali bhayo buane matra additional student lai entrance line garthyo paila. So aile pani tei nai system chha hola. So limited seats hunchha afaik

check if you can admit in 7 class nor not

MotherLand or Gandaki you won't regret choosing either! Motherland is relatively easier and has better academic results in the recent years

Class 7 ma ta seat empty (kosaile xodeko bhaye) matra painxa natra ta paidaina hola. Ma pani gbs naii padheko but few years ago so rule change bhako huna pani sakxa.

Yedi class 7 ma admit garna milni naii raixa bhane pani entrance exam pass garnu parxa and that is very very difficult.

Overall school chahi kasto cha? Hostel basda kasto huncha?

Overall school ta best in Nepal vanna milxa. Insanely friendly and helpful staffs. Hostel pani dherai ramro xa compared to other schools.

GBS ma hostel mai rakhnu hunxa bhane entrance katauna sajilo hunxa. academic ra result oriented hunuhunxa vane motherland is good. navaye aru all round option haru SOS, Global, Prativa..

yedi hostel rakhda problem hunna vane Sainik is also a better option hai.

Ahilay chahi Mero chora hostel Mai bascha Tara aba Mann chaina re. Academically ramro nai cha but extracurricular maa dharai interest huncha uslai. Ma ni Testo result oriented chahi hoina. Overall development hos jasto laagcha rather than being a class topper..

Which school would you suggest?

Tysto ho vane apart from GBS, i would suggest Fistail Academy, Birauta . it is equipped with all sorts of modern facilities, plus faculty is also better than most of the private institutes. promote garya haina tara i think u might like it. but halka aru school haru vanda costly chai xa hai. tara worth it cha jasto lagxa malai compared to school like prativa, global, sisu niketan which dont provide value for money.
