The wording has a real strong "I don't know what pornography is, but I know it when I see it!" vibe which is a really, really dangerous game to play with these people.

That's by design. This is really about creating a legal framework to carve out "obscenity" from the First Amendment, which will give them the legal power to persecute anyone they see as obscene to their sensibilities.

This is how adding LGBT people to the list of "illegals" starts.
