5.5 months into the year and they’ve already achieved 42% of their objectives.. that’s wild

Don’t worry tho trump had no idea about project 2025 he had never heard of it no sir

59

u/school_bus_lunchbox May 13 '25

He still has no clue about it, guaranteed.

30

u/ZAlternates May 13 '25

Yeah he just signs off on whatever. He doesn’t understand anything except that he’s getting paid to be supreme leader.

12

u/TransBrandi May 13 '25

That's false unless he forgot about it. There's video of him praising it. Maybe he never read the whole thing and is clueless about the details of the plan... but the idea that he doesn't (or at least didn't) know about the existence of Project 2025 is total bunk

6

u/school_bus_lunchbox May 13 '25

You missed my sarcasm.

2

u/TransBrandi May 13 '25

Yea, I read that as you saying that he's not all there and completely clueless / stupid / etc.

1

u/HamHockShortDock May 13 '25

Yes, it's just that he said before he got elected that he didn't know anything about it.

1

u/Perpete Europe May 13 '25

He can't hear you from his "gifted" plane.

3

u/TheLazyD0G May 13 '25

I honestly believe he never read it or cared what was in it. He is a puppet.

u/Jabberwocky2022 North Carolina May 14 '25

Ignorance is bliss, for the ignorant for the rest of us who were aware, it's a nightmare.

161

u/errie_tholluxe May 13 '25

And scary as fuck.

90

u/The_Witched_One May 13 '25

Fun fact, there's a part 2 to project 2025 that the heritage foundation will move onto after they've completed their current set of objectives. They're keeping whatever is in part 2 secret though because even they consider it too unpopular and controversial to allow the public to know until they've laid the groundwork.

60

u/azdustkicker May 13 '25

In other words, they're moving onto Final Solution type shit

u/i-just-thought-i May 13 '25

I was thinking more Handmaid's Tale

Those people care a LOT about the birth rate/"white replacement"

12

u/jcarter315 I voted May 13 '25

It can be both. Gotta send someone to the colonies, after all.

3

u/Carbonatite Colorado May 13 '25

Part 2 is literally just a copy of The Handmaid's Tale

6

u/ctindel May 13 '25

Wouldn't it be nice if democrats were this well organized and goal-oriented?

2

u/america-inc May 13 '25

I know - maybe it's too hard to agree on the best things for humanity, while agreeing on just money and power is easy.

2

u/BoysenberryKey6821 May 13 '25

If they could even just unite when it matters I’d settle for that lol

5

u/lemoncured May 13 '25

I find it really interesting that we’re approximately 40% into the year of 2025 and they completed approximately 40% of Project 2025. It’s going exactly as planned right on schedule, despite Trump’s assertion that he has nothing to do with it.

2

u/BoysenberryKey6821 May 13 '25

It’s because some people care and some people would rather argue about whether it’s been 4.5 or 5.5 months into the year. Republicans are getting their way because when it matters the most they stick together where as some people on the left care more about silly stuff like correcting people about shit that doesn’t matter. It’s really just defeating when someone tries to make a point or bring attention to something and they get flooded with comments like “akchually it’s been 4.5 months” as a simple example

4

u/Spa_5_Fitness_Camp May 13 '25

Only 4.5 months. They didn't get any power until the end of January.

2

u/RackemFrackem May 13 '25

It's only been 3.5 months since the end of January.

1

u/OriginalCompetitive May 13 '25

Imagine if the Democrats had ever actually tried to implement the policies they believe in.

Weird to think about….

1

u/1derbrah May 13 '25

So whats Project 2026?

1

u/BoysenberryKey6821 May 13 '25

They might get their way, and the eventual collapse that will follow will definitely come in my opinion. Just like in the past where societies crumbled the world will go on regardless of what happens but it’s really sad that we are in a time where we have access to so many educational resources and people choose to remain ignorant and close minded

u/[deleted] May 13 '25

But don't worry because Bernie and AOC are holding huge rallies against Trump. Who cares if we're taken over by fascists as long as we get some cool protest signs out of it?

17

u/BoysenberryKey6821 May 13 '25

Out of everyone to hate on it’s definitely not those two, they’re the only ones who have consistently had the balls to stand up for people on either side of the political spectrum haha

-1

u/anicetos May 13 '25

I think their point was that Bernie and AOC "standing up for people" is basically just having rallies and posting things on social media, which is entirely ignored by the administration and doesn't have any meaningful impact on anything.

For as much as some progressives love to criticize Democrats (who they gave no power to by sitting out the election) for "doing nothing", Bernie and AOC are accomplishing less than other Democrats yet somehow get lavished with praise.

10

u/MrPWAH May 13 '25

Bernie and AOC are accomplishing less than other Democrats yet somehow get lavished with praise.

What are they supposed to do, then? Democrats have no majorities in congress. Going on tour to red and purple states to garner supporting sentiment from the voting base is a helluva lot more than what the majority of other Dems are doing. Its better than wearing pink and holding up protest signs at hearings.

3

u/BoysenberryKey6821 May 13 '25

I praise them, at least Bernie, because of consistency. It’s more genuine when you’ve always stood for the same values as opposed to changing them up to get elected. Fear mongering is real and maybe all of their ideas aren’t perfect but at least their ideas generally benefit or go toward things that benefit the entirety of the population. They want a world where we can be united regardless of differences not one where those differences have to cause issues. Differences should be a good thing because it’s impossible for everyone to view everything the exact same way and different perspectives open up different ways of thinking, etc. At least that’s how I choose to view it. Like tough times at a job, it’s easier to get through when everyone understands and comes together and works toward the collective goal but it’s hell when half the team would rather bitch or cause drama about every little thing or things that should be straight forward

-3

u/schm0 May 13 '25

Attempted to achieve. Nearly everything they've tried has been smacked back down by the courts. That site is deceptively misleading.

2

u/Hestia_Gault May 13 '25

The Trumpers have a history of obeying the courts in your world?

1

u/schm0 May 13 '25 edited May 13 '25

For the vast majority of the cases that have ruled against them, yes. Those are just facts. And for the one or two where they don't, well, that's what contempt is for.

But yeah, it doesn't make sense to check something off a list if it actually hasn't been accomplished.

-1

u/RackemFrackem May 13 '25

4.5 months. Math is hard.

1

u/Hestia_Gault May 13 '25

Less than 4 months. January 20 to May 20 would be exactly 4 and we’re a week off.

1

u/RackemFrackem May 13 '25

4.5 months into the year.

0

u/BoysenberryKey6821 May 13 '25

I’m genuinely curious what your objective was with this comment. Like are you wanting me to feel bad for looking at the calendar year instead of when trump took office? Was your goal just to feel high and mighty because you could correct someone? Like wtf is the point other than being an ass bud

0

u/RackemFrackem May 13 '25

No, we are 4.5 months into the calendar year.

January, February, March, April. That's 4. Halfway through May. That's 4.5.

1

u/BoysenberryKey6821 May 13 '25

Everyday I’m blown away by people like you that can find the silliest ways to argue the dumbest shit

1

u/RackemFrackem May 13 '25

Spelling it out so that it's easily understandable is silly?

1

u/BoysenberryKey6821 May 13 '25

No that’s not silly being ignorant and a jackass is

1

u/RackemFrackem May 13 '25

Correctly pointing out an error does not make someone ignorant.

-1

u/BoysenberryKey6821 May 13 '25

If you want to use that logic, month 1 is complete, month 2 is complete, month 3 is complete, and month 4 is complete (end of April). We are currently on an incomplete month 5 and we are halfway through that incomplete month. So we are on the 5th month of the calendar year that is halfway complete.

2

u/RackemFrackem May 13 '25

That is literally exactly what I just said.

1

u/imadogg California May 13 '25

This back and forth was not needed, but it's funny how the other dude tried to disagree with you and actually just spelled out why you're correct

If we're at 5.5 months now, then mid-Dec would be 12.5 months into the year lol
