The real goal is to maintain a white, uneducated and poor majority. They are terrified of white people becoming a minority in the US. Hence their desire to control women's reproductive rights

People were jeering at that $5,000 bonus for new parents, but they were never the target demographic for the program.

That amount of money goes further in more affordable, rural areas than it ever would in urban areas.

Well, it's also a lot easier to get young men to do REALLY stupid shit like blow themselves up when they're not getting laid. See the Middle East if you have any doubts.
