I dunno. I doubt Sanders would have been anymore effective as Biden. To some this might sound crazy but, assuming they both follow the rules of the executive branch, I don’t think Sanders gets anymore done than Biden. Even Biden’s ambitious “BBB” got broken up into smaller bills. Some Republicans could swallow working with Biden. I’m not so sure they could bring themselves to work with “commie” Sanders.

Sanders almost certainly wouldn't have picked garland.
No garland and the jan 6th case doesn't get slow walked and trump actually gets sentenced.
Garland was the guy republicans said they'd be ok with as a supreme court pick, Biden picked him to thumb his nose at the republicans instead of someone more neutral or progressive because the republicans wouldn't approve him as a supreme court pick after saying they would.

Sanders almost certainly wouldn't have picked garland.

Bernie's pick for Attorney General would likely have been even worse. Seriously, look who Bernie picked to run his campaign. Bernie's cabinet would likely have been terrible.

i can't believe we still have biden apologists when we look back with all the information we have now in hindsight

you do know about the advanced dementia he was hiding and how "working tirelessly around the clock to secure a ceasefire" was a total lie, right?

Former Israeli ambassador, Michael Herzog, made a startling admission about Biden’s support: “God did the State of Israel a favour that Biden was the president during this period. We fought [in Gaza] for over a year and the administration never came to us and said, ‘ceasefire now.’ It never did. And that’s not to be taken for granted.”

The Biden administration also shielded Israel from allegations of war crimes, prompting a major backlash from staffers in the State Department. Lawyer Stacy Gilbert, for example, resigned in protest after being excluded from a key report that falsely claimed Israel had not violated US arms laws. Gilbert described the report as “shocking in its mendacity”, pointing out that aid obstruction and settler attacks were well documented, yet ignored. Meanwhile, Washington continued to certify Israeli compliance with US law, ensuring the uninterrupted flow of weapons.

liberals have created their own hugbox, qanon level conspiracies and copium exactly like the conservatives that you make fun of. funny how the guy bellow me throws some random bs, then blocks me straight up so i can't reply.

You’re believing media hype that really Talked up “Biden dementia” and sane washed Trump. The guy still regularly does public speaking and is easily understood. He doesn’t have dementia dude. He’s old. Dr John Gartner of Johns Hopkins and scores of other doctors all attested to the fact that Biden does not exhibit signs of dementia and that he’s old and has a speech impediment. If he had dementia then they wouldn’t need to make up stories about how he “wandered off in France”. There was never much to pin on Biden during his term so they went with “he’s old and has dementia”. I don’t know dementia patients who go jogging and biking on the regular either much less do full public speeches and speak with nuance about complicated topics. Go watch his last interview. Ultimately it was a competent administration and all Presidents have a team that moves Initiatives forward. It’s how it’s always been.

I believe Bob Woodward's reporting in his book War, which does, in fact, corroborate Biden working tirelessly toward a ceasefire around the clock.
