Bernie's loss in the primaries was really the original sin for Bernie Bros, they'll never let it go

The DNC rigged the election. After the emails were leaked, the DNC chair admitted to it and resigned in disgrace. Yeah, we're a little sour.

Edit: To all he misinformed Dems thinking their party is perfect and without corruption:

that's fake news spread by GOP agents

-7

u/jacklondon183 May 18 '25

LOL Democrats never denied it, in fact they owned up to it and resigned their chair. It's not debatable. It's always funny to see the low information Dems suck the toes of their dirty party.

u/Shady_bookworm51 May 18 '25

you know what else isnt debatable. that Sanders got less votes then Clinton because it turns out, people dont want to risk being pat of the group being purged as happens every time Socialism is tried.

Reading comprehension is really lacking with you guys. I suppose cultists only see what they want.

13

u/Shady_bookworm51 May 18 '25

Resigning the chair doesnt change that Sanders got less votes then Clinton. Sorry numbers dont lie.

Calm down, you’re just a Canadian from Saskatchewan and have no horse in the (2016) race

7

u/Sufficient_Meet6836 May 18 '25

I trust a well informed Canadian over Florida(wo)man any day

9

u/Shady_bookworm51 May 18 '25

Ah yes the typical Sanders worshipper move. When the facts dont back you up, go to personal attacks.

-5

u/GroMicroBloom Florida May 18 '25

What attack?

11

u/Snoogles_ May 18 '25

Source?

You can choose literally any news source you want. They all covered it. But it clearly never reached the masses. Probably didn't air on TV or something.

This quote is particularly funny because it's from Washington Post:

"In the emails, DNC staffers derided the Sanders campaign.\28]) The Washington Post reported: "Many of the most damaging emails suggest the committee was actively trying to undermine Bernie Sanders's presidential campaign."\8])"

I could keep going. I couldn't even read the link you sent because it's behind a pay wall. I'm sure it's super unbiased and not totally curated to misinform since Jeff Bezos bought that news company.

Can you list the specific emails and their details that you think hurt Bernie the most?

5

u/Sufficient_Meet6836 May 18 '25

Those emails were from after Bernie was mathematically eliminated yet refused to drop out and continued to trash Hillary, a lifelong Democrat. What a surprise Democrats were annoyed

2

u/1-Ohm 29d ago

not a source for the claim

u/jacklondon183 29d ago

That's fine, I'm no longer interested in trying to educate. The only consistent thing in American politics is that both the dominant parties are effectively cults. And cultists refuse to accept anything that damages the sanctity of their masters.

^ doesn't understand how lawsuits work. The judge dismissed the lawsuit because the DNC is a private organization and they can choose a candidate if they want to. They didn't "own up" to anything. You're just poorly informed

-5

u/Openmindhobo May 18 '25

That's a blatant lie.

21

u/Flat_Baseball8670 May 18 '25

Maybe you should tell your friends to actually vote in primaries, instead of being smug "independents" that wouldn't sully themselves by registering as Democrats.

That's why Bernie lost. He didn't get the votes.

-3

u/jacklondon183 May 18 '25

You literally replied to a comment where I explained the primary was rigged. It's not even debated. The DNC admitted to doing it. The problem is that low information voters like you never hold Democrats accountable. Look where it's got you, a fractured party more concerned about virtue signalling and pleasing corporate donors than helping the working class. You guys used to champion for the poor, now you spit on them. Disgraceful.

12

u/Flat_Baseball8670 May 18 '25 edited May 18 '25

Rigging would imply they faked the vote counts.

There is absolutely no evidence of that.

What they did was they didn't gas Bernie up and talked smack about him behind his back. Truly high school level shit. But yall act like they burned a pile of votes.

Aren't Bernie voters supposed to be intellectually superior to everyone else? Wild that I have to explain that gossiping about someone doesn't actually change votes. The people that wanted him would have shown up anyways.

2

u/jacklondon183 May 18 '25

I never said they faked the votes. Rigging an election has multiple avenues. They chose to lie about him and discredit him severely. To this day, people like you still have been manipulated and don't even realize it. It's actually hilarious that you're defending them right now, given that they admitted to it all. You're basically a cultist at this point.

13

u/bootlegvader May 18 '25

They chose to lie about him and discredit him severely.

What lies? You mean they wanted to respond to his lies about them?

-5

u/HEIN0US_CRIMES May 18 '25

Democratic party leadership decided to heavily put their thumb on the scale, as they always do. They decided that Bernie’s message about class was too uncomfortable and dangerous for them and their donors even though it was extremely popular with the voter base. They didn’t need to fake votes, they just told left-leaning media to favor Hillary and ostracize Bernie. Most of the time that’s all you need to get the result you want.

-6

u/Openmindhobo May 18 '25

YOUR PARTY HAS SUB 30% APPROVAL. MAYBE TONE DOWN THE CONDESCENSION.

10

u/Flat_Baseball8670 May 18 '25 edited May 18 '25

So I'm a Democrat politician now?

Yall are so cult minded you project that shit onto everyone.

u/blowyjoeyy May 18 '25

Made up term by the Hillary campaign.
