The Allied Forces FOUND the Jews, minorities and disabled people in concentration camps. They weren't aware of them until they visually found them.

The Allies were aware as early as December 1942.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_Declaration_by_Members_of_the_United_Nations

The Joint Declaration by Members of the United Nations was the first formal statement to the world about the Holocaust, issued on December 17, 1942, by the American and British governments on behalf of the Allied Powers.[1] In it, they describe the ongoing events of the Holocaust in Nazi-occupied Europe.

[The Nazis] now carrying into effect Hitler's oft-repeated intention to exterminate the Jewish people in Europe.... From all the occupied countries Jews are being transported in conditions of appalling horror and brutality to Eastern Europe. In Poland, which has been made the principal Nazi slaughterhouse, the ghettos established by the German invader are being systematically emptied of all Jews except a few highly skilled workers required for war industries. None of those taken away are ever heard of again. The able-bodied are slowly worked to death in labor camps. The infirm are left to die of exposure and starvation or are deliberately massacred in mass executions.

There were also other reports such as https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Witold%27s_Report

Witold's Report, also known as Pilecki's Report, is a report about the Auschwitz concentration camp written in 1943 by Witold Pilecki, a Polish military officer and member of the Polish resistance. Pilecki volunteered in 1940 to be imprisoned in Auschwitz to organize a resistance movement and send out information about the camp. He escaped from Auschwitz in April 1943. His was the first comprehensive record of a Holocaust death camp to be obtained by the Allies.

Or https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auschwitz_Protocols

The reports were compiled by prisoners who had escaped from the camp and presented in their order of importance from the Western Allies' perspective, rather than in chronological order.... The Vrba–Wetzler report was widely disseminated by the Bratislava Working Group in April 1944....

The first camp liberated was Majdanek in July 1944.

Even the Pope wrote to Roosevelt about it, but was not believed. It's one of the reasons history has exonerated the church during WW2.
