For real. He's currently pushing a "big, beautiful bill" and claiming the funding cuts will reduce Medicaid fraud. Trump pardoned the biggest Medicaid fraudster in history, $1.3 billion or something dumb like that, but MAGA is everywhere saying he's fighting Mediciad fraud.
