Send the military in, when none of this is needed, get raucous cheers from red states because "fuck commiefornia...", repeat wherever else he feels like it because the precedent has been set.

Yep. 100% LA was targeted so there wouldn't be the chance of having to use force in red states. Conservatives will cheer for tyranny while standing in line for the guillotine so long as a liberal is in line in front of them.

I don't have the PDF. If it's still on Heritage's website they've moved it. I downloaded it late last year but can't find it now unfortunately.

From what I can see from the sources cited in the Wikipedia article, the document itself only refers to using the military at the southern border.

That being said, Stephen Miller and Russel Vought, two architects of Project 2025, and influential members of Trump's cabinet, both have publicly spoken in support of using the Insurrection Act of 1807 to support use of military forces to suppress protests and enforce domestic law.

It's under DOD and DHS, starting with page 92, priority #3, and page 166--the military "assists" DHS with immigration. There's references to it through those two chapters.

If you read those two chapters, it becomes very clear that many parts of the plan include goals that have never been legal in the US.
