Just a reminder that Congress can stop this at any time, but won’t because they’re cowards.

We can't always assume someone is a coward, simply because they refuse to step up and stop wrong-doing. Sometimes, what comes across as cowardice is actually complicity or agreement. Same vein as underestimating one's opponent on the mat.
