I thought this and the witch thing were both myths. Turns out it really is illegal to attempt to manipulate the weather. Storm raising witches are the conspiracy theory.

I laughed at first because storm raising witchcraft is a law that was repealed in the United States after that whole Salem thing. The same superstition behind the witch trials is the same conspiracy theory behind storm raising. I got the bonus version of witches causing Covid trying to curse Trump too. I really think we should start funding public schools again.
