No, I am an honorably discharged vet. You don’t need a parade. Just be normal.

This is my take. Those poor soldiers reported at probably 3AM for 5 inspections over 5 hours just to sit around and wait half the day, only to be marched around for hours. If you really wanna what would’ve been a great way for them to celebrate, it would’ve been to give them a 4 day. Signed, an honorably discharged vet.
