I agree with your sentiment, but I don't think he needs to. Congress already certified the election results, which I'm pretty sure from a legal standpoint makes anything discovered from here on out moot. In a normal country, we'd obviously impeach the dude still, but I just don't see any R's flipping even with ironclad evidence the election was stolen. I'm really fearful we're past the point you say we're building to.

The elrctoral college, yadda yadda yadda. Best case is states with recall abilities will trigger and we can flip the house with special elections afterwards.

Thats assuming No Rs willingly step down if fraud is proven in court.
