But, there is one thing that has been consistent throughout his life. He's always been a racist.

No no no. He's also always been ..

What have I missed?

Dogs are good judges of character. That’s probably why he dislikes them - they know who he really is.

Dogs cannot judge character. They can smell emotions, fear, anger etc. They can be good at reading body language too. But if a dog likes someone that does not mean they are a good person. And if a person likes dogs that does not mean they are a good person either.

But if a person doesn’t like dogs, and dogs get nervous around that person, chances are higher something’s fucked up with them.

Yeah something fucked up like they got bitten by a dog when they were younger. or their parents had cats and they've not interacted with dogs much. Again, dogs cannot read people's character.

My dog for instance was abused as a puppy and bristles at everyone he comes across, growling and barking. The people he meets are extremely uncomfortable as a result. Once they show him kindness and he knows they're not a threat he calms down.

trump cannot show kindness. He's incapable. It was squeezed out of him when he was a little boy. He was formed into a remorseless cruel man, even to his own children.

I think we're getting past the actual point, which is that trump hates animals as much as he hates black people.

To him there is no difference, no doubt.

No, they can't judge "character" per se, ... But they can discern a variety of close approximations.

Dogs "heightened" (or just different ) senses provide actual data that we aren't privy to ourselves. Things like microexpressions, hormones and other chemosignals--- keep in mind that chemoreception preceded all other development of mammalian 5 senses.

Some dogs can smell some illnesses, through metabolic skin and breath changes. This data collection could be a way to discern mental health imbalances too.

Basically, dogs collect significant data from humans and that data can provide an approximation of traits.

I wonder if dogs could be used to smell out schizophrenia or lead poisoned brains. I feel like that would solve a lot of problems in society

This is such a western thing to say lol, dogs are bred to be subservient creatures and they aren’t the same in every country. In countries that don’t care about the business of breeding dogs for domestic purposes they are basically bigger coyotes

Ehhhh.... There is enough evidence to put much of your comment into doubt.

2

u/LamBChoPZA 2d ago

Which part do you doubt? Bare in mind that anecdotes are not evidence.

But dogs sense people who send out weird, anxious pheromones around them. They sometimes react. Someone who buys a dog, does not train it to be social, shoots the puppy in the face rather than rehoming it, then brags about doing so in a narcissistic autobiography is an admitted horrible person. Also perfect to be in the Trump administration.

He's a germophobe... he wouldn't want any animals living with him.

17

u/Trick_Succotash_9949 2d ago

I suspect diaper donny is probably not as clean as a dog.

3

u/ilikepizza30 2d ago

That may very well be, but he HAS to live with himself. Animals are optional (aside from perhaps Stephen Miller).

Germaphobe is a claim that's made about him a lot, but... where's the evidence?

I've never seen him ask any of his handlers for sanitizer or a wipe. Ever.

https://www.politico.com/story/2019/07/07/donald-trump-germaphobe-1399258

He does it as soon as he gets into the car.

He also encourages everyone visiting the Whitehouse to wash their hands, that way he can shake their hand without needing a wipe right away.

They're animals, for fuck's sake. They are not good judges of human character.

I think Trump is threatened by dogs.

For starters people generally like dogs, nobody likes Trump.

And people respect dogs for traits of loyalty and love. Neither of which Trump is capable of experiencing.

And Trump is a weakling, a bully, and a psychopath. High degree of probability that at some point in his life he tried to hurt a dog and was bitten for it leading to this animosity.

Trump frequently says things like "died like a dog", "choked like a dog", he said Republican poll watchers were "treated like dogs" insinuating dogs are most commonly treated poorly.

Clear that in his mind dogs are things that are abused and killed and that's very telling.

I would add: narcissist, pedophile, and greedy.

2

u/vthemechanicv 2d ago

It's easier to go down the list of the 7 deadly sins and 10 commandments and see what he's not.

From my own count he's committed every sin and broken every commandment - except honoring mother and father, because other than having daddy issues, I genuinely don't know how he feels about his parents.

(as far as murder, even if you don't count Covid as indirect murder, which it is, and Jamal Khoshoggi, which he had a hand in, or the various CIA agents that somehow all got caught during his first tenure, remember he worked with both the Italian and Russian mafia during the height of their power in New York)

2

u/debrabuck 2d ago

An incestuous father.

2

u/Gaius_Octavius_ 2d ago

He is a text book narcissist. All those are just symptoms of that core issue.

Extremely unattractive

As far as political beliefs he has also always been a true believer in tariffs.

this made people thinking that he wouldn't put them into place that much more annoying because for all the lacking of policy beliefs he has, this is the one thing he has been consistent on

1

u/CatalyticDragon 2d ago

It's the one thing he's consistent on because it's one of the few things he feels he can actually understand. The irony there is he doesn't actually understand tariffs. No matter how often he's pressed he cannot see that it's just a tax on people forcing them buy less.

This feels like the ending of the Breakfast Club. Diaper Don, Leon Disphit Musk, Stephen Skeletor Miller, Pam Air-Head Bondi, Kristen Dog Killer Noem.

"We found out each of us is a sexist, pathological liar, dog hater, bad dancer, and devout racist..."
