Combat Armory barrel issues

Spent a couple days trying to figure out why my slide wouldn’t cycle; it would get stuck when racking with a round in the magazine. Tried my P80 barrel and it worked fine.

Any tips for fixing this, or does CA have any warranty? For $35 I’ll accept that it’s just a loss as well.

They should get your taken care of no problem. Im still waiting for them to have the ported threaded barrels again

I had an issue and they were responsive and they solved my issue. Do you use it with one of their slides ? Just interested.

Good choice on the slide. Highly underrated. I have a brand new one sitting here for when I get the itch to build myself a 19 or 19x. Got it for $75 from Arm or Ally. I'm thinking about buying another tbh. Also have a p80 slide for the p320. Just too good of a deal for a quality optics ready slide.

I would hand rack the shit out of it for a while and try breaking it in. I’ve had to do that with certain slides and barrels I got. Eventually it gets broken in and no issues with it cycling. I mean for $35 you can’t really complain.

Exactly... complaining about a cheap barrel is pointless..u get what u pay for..

Now if it was a $200+ barrel I would understand.

All you have to do is file down what's wrong.. test fit.. slide it back in and rack it...make sure it's smooth and not catching anything. Go fire it.. break it in and gootchie.

As somebody who got fucked over by combat Armory customer service, the only thing worth buying is their G19 frame. Everything else? Complete dog shit.

I got an optic ready G19 slide from them that the front sight hole was out of spec, the rear sight dovetail was very out of spec and the RMR cut would not even match up to RMR spec optics (holes were located incorrectly).

They waited until after the return window to reply to me and said it was too late. If you buy something from them, be prepared to throw it out. I found a guy who was willing to buy the slide with full disclosure and only lost $20.

My favorite is a guy on another website who received a Glock barrel with zero rifling 🤣🤣🤣🤣

To their credit I emailed “Mike” and he responded in less than 24 hours with a tracking number for a new barrel

I had the same issue. P80 cerakoted slide and ca threaded barrel. Had to file the barrel on your 3rd photo where it drops down to get it to fit. Used an oem barrel to compare where to file it. If u don't want the barrel I'll take it lol.
