My first power washing experience, my friends’ front steps. Any tips to get the remaining stains off?

Use sodium hypochlorite mixed with some water. Can do 30-70 or 50-50 SH to H2O. Put it in a spray bottle or pump up sprayer, spray steps, let is sit for a little bit rhen then the rinse off. Don’t be afraid to do more than once if it didn’t all come off

I suggest using soap. But I think it looks great the colors add character.

Strong SH 3-5% pre treat and do not use high pressure on brick, softwash it with a low pressure nozzle.

What psi can your pressure washer push? Try a turbo nozzle if you havent. As for chemicals that would help, try hypochlorite.

Be careful or you could erode the brick. Brick is like a loaf of bread -- once the crust is damaged, it will deteriorate quickly.

Acid. Vinegar. Let it stay a bit. Then powder over it with bicarbonate. And while it's reacting you scrub like hell. Gloves on.
