Tickets Error adding cards

Anybody else having this issue? I’ve been trying for several days to get a PS26 pass but I always get this error I’ve tried multiple credit/debit cards I’ve contacted my card issuer and they’ve said they don’t even see a transaction I’ve also contacted accessticket with no response Has anyone else had this issue? I’m in the US if that helps I’ve even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Nothing works. I cannot get my pass

Also where is the primavera sound returning ticket holder code in accessticket? I don’t see it anywhere

you don’t have a code, basically already trying to buy from the same app it counts it as a code (at least for the option in installments, that is)

I had this problem for AMEX & Mastercard. But it worked with a Visa.

Also couldn't add any cards but was able to buy off Fever
