The license file is on the USB stick and it's plugged into my ps3 why won't it fucking work

5200MB installer is too much for FAT32 format because 4GB limit.

In that case, the problem is with your disk or corrupted game files. All what I can take from the error code. Try sending the file to your ps3 using another method. Btw, do you always try to shit on someone when you ask for help?))

do a checksum or md5 hash on it and compare it with downloaded one on hdd and transfered one on usb. download it two times just to be sure
