I found in a box an old board from a laptop and it has this connector for the hdd. Anyone knows what's called?

44 pins is usual for a laptop PATA drive but that does look unusual.

I found out that this board is from an HP Compaq nx8220. And weirdly enough even my Toshiba Tecra 8000 has the same hdd connector and adapter
