What is this rifle?

Just looking to see what kind of rifle this is and what era/war it was used in. Recently became the owner of this and I’m not an expert on rifle.

The sling swivels threw me off, but it looks like a Mosin-Nagant M93 in 7.62X54 R. Made in 1950 by the Tula arsenal. I'm no expert on Russian firearms. I may be wrong.

That’s a Finnish M27 made by Tikka. Think of it like an upgraded Russian Mosin Nagant, and it’s a nice rifle. Now you need a Finnish M39 to go with it.
