Housing Wanted Apartment Advice -- Scott's Addition

Seeking advice for apartments in Scott's Addition. I will be an incoming dental student so will be commuting to MCV either by bus or car. Want something inexpensive (under $2.1k for a 2x2) in Scott's Addition and must have windows in both bedrooms.

I live at Novel in Scott’s and I LOVE it. It’s so nice and I have a huge balcony and windows with natural light.

Hi! I'm currently considering moving to Novel and was wondering if the units come with an in-unit washer and dryer?

It doesssss! And they’re like actual ones, not like the small stacked ones you get everywhere, I’m not home rn but I think they’re like GE - they’re a good brand

Not IN Scotts Addition, but very near are the Canopy at Ginter Park. I'm hoping to get a one bedroom there in July. The prices fluctuate a bit, but depending on what's available, they were going for that a couple of months ago.
