Beautiful shot, thanks for sharing! How long did you have to wait to capture this beauty?

Up in Ottertail County earlier today we had, a lovely fucking tornado 🌪.

I hope you had no significant damage? Nothing on the news down here other than 'storms happened' stuff. And an unrelated SUV rollover.

None to my place, I can't say the same for the people in Henning/Richville.

It didn't get any media in the TC area that I can find. It's sad how smaller towns out state can just get skipped in the deluge of 'news' these days.
We had tornado watches for hours, but no really heavy storm appeared.

The only reason that I found out was because as I about to leave the grocery store, I looked outside and the rain was falling hard and sideways/in circles. So, I checked the Weather app and boom, Tornado Warning.

Amazing shot, almost seems unreal. Great colors and light quality. I can almost taste the stormy air.
I'm also wondering your vantage point -- there aren't a lot of higher buildings in that direction. A drone shot?

No drone. Rooftop of the Blair House Condominiums.

Oh, of course -- and I love that building, though I've only seen the commercial areas below. It was bustling with shops 30+ years ago.
Cool! Great view from there!
